Common questions.

What counts as an envelope?

One package of documents sent to one or more recipients counts as a single envelope, even if it has 12 pages and 3 signers. Reminders, voids and resends are free.

Do you charge for viewers or extra senders?

No. Anyone you send to can sign without paying or signing up, and Pro includes unlimited senders. There are no per-seat penalties, just one flat price for the whole team.

Is Pro really unlimited?

Yes. Pro is a flat CA$24.99/month for unlimited envelopes. No metering, no overage charges, no per-page or per-recipient fees. Free is capped at 3 envelopes a month so you can try the real product first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings and you keep Pro until the end of the current period. Your already-signed envelopes stay accessible to recipients forever.

What is the compliance status?

PIPEDA-aligned controls apply on every plan, including Free. VG·Sign is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified; our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) hold their own SOC 2 Type II. We support customer-led security assessments for Enterprise evaluations.

Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?

Registered non-profits, schools and student-run incubators get Pro at a discount. Apply via info@vg-realestate.ca.
