Common questions.
What counts as an envelope?
One package of documents sent to one or more recipients counts as a single envelope, even if it has 12 pages and 3 signers. Reminders, voids and resends are free.
Do you charge for viewers or extra senders?
Not for viewers or signers: anyone you send to signs free, without an account. Pro covers one sender; a team of 2 to 10 is on Team at CA$19.99 per person per month. Contact us and we will set it up.
Is Pro really unlimited?
Yes, for anything you send from the dashboard: a flat CA$24.99/month, unlimited envelopes, no metering, no overage charges, no per-page or per-recipient fees. The one number attached to Pro is on the API, where 100 envelopes a month are included. A person clicking through the app will never reach that; a script can. Need more, email us. Free is capped at 5 envelopes a month so you can try the real product first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings and you keep Pro until the end of the current period. Your already-signed envelopes stay accessible to recipients forever.
What is the compliance status?
PIPEDA-aligned controls apply on every plan, including Free. VG·Sign is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified; our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) hold their own SOC 2 Type II. We support customer-led security assessments for Enterprise evaluations.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Registered non-profits, schools and student-run incubators get Pro at a discount. Apply via info@vg-realestate.ca.
