What counts as an envelope?
One package of documents sent to one or more recipients counts as a single envelope — even if it has 12 pages and 3 signers. Reminders, voids and resends are free.
Do you charge for viewers or recipients?
No. Anyone you send to can sign without paying or signing up. Only the people who originate envelopes need a sender seat.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We pro-rate any unused time on annual plans. Your already-signed envelopes stay accessible to recipients forever.
Is the PIPEDA & SOC 2 audit available?
Yes — Type II reports are available under NDA from the Trust Center on Business and Enterprise plans.
What happens if I exceed my envelope limit?
Soft cap. We email you at 80% and 100%. Overages are billed at $1.20/envelope on Solo and $0.60/envelope on Team. Business and Enterprise have negotiated overage.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
