Our full Privacy Policy is being drafted with counsel against PIPEDA, the Quebec Law 25 amendments, and relevant provincial frameworks. While the formal text is being prepared, the operating principles below describe what we do today:
- Envelope content (PDFs, signatures, audit logs) is stored exclusively in ca-central-1 (Montreal).
- We do not sell or rent personal information. Period.
- We use the minimum subprocessor footprint required to deliver the service — list available on request.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via legal@vg-sign.com.
- Retention defaults to seven years per PIPEDA expectations for signed agreements; see Data residency for details.
