Measured against the live system, not read off a switch somebody remembered to flip. Results are reused for up to 30 seconds, and the timestamp below says when they were taken.

Incident log
Anything a customer could have noticed goes here, including when the cause was one of our providers rather than us.
No incidents recorded since 2026-09-09, the date this log opened. That is not a claim about the period before it — nothing was being recorded then.
What this page does not tell you
No uptime figure covering a period we did not watch. Our monitor reports a 30-day average from the day it is switched on, whatever it has. We only publish a window once it has actually elapsed, so the longer numbers appear on their own rather than being inferred from a shorter record.
This page is hosted with the product. If the whole platform is unreachable, so is this. Reach us at info@vg-realestate.ca and we will answer even when the site cannot.
A green row means the dependency answered us. It is not a guarantee that every feature built on it is behaving. Email is the weakest of the four: it confirms the provider is up, not that your invitation reached an inbox.
Degraded means the dependency replied in over 1.2 seconds; not responding means it failed or took longer than 5 seconds.
Our infrastructure providers publish their own status: Supabase, Vercel, Resend.
